Alex Da Corte, A Night in Hell, 2014

This poster, featuring a still from Alex da Corte’s digital video piece  ‘A Night in Hell (Part 2)’ (2014) was produced for the artist’s solo exhibition with Carl Kostyál in Stockholm in 2014.  The exhibition exhibited new painting, video, and sculptural works. In it Da Corte played with the weight, pacing, and scale of objects and images both conceptually and formally, queering their presences and relationships to one another and to the viewer.
